- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 scoops protein powder of choice
- 1 cup ice
- In a blender, add the spinach, blueberries, banana, honey, almond milk, protein powder, and ice.
