This is not your ordinary breakfast, this is a brunch charcuterie board, curated for just about any gathering you can think of! Creating drool-worthy, tasty, and stunning boards takes some skill, knowledge of what ingredients you'd like on the board, and who's going to be joining you for the feast. Trust me, even if it's just for you or your family, there won't be a crumb left.

Easy Brunch Charcuterie Board

A charcuterie board is technically a spread that consists of bread, meats, crackers, and cheeses. As of the last few years, boards have become super trendy, so of course there are going to be renditions and different takes on making them. I love a classic charcuterie, but breakfast boards are also kinda my thing, too!

Why a brunch board?

I mean, why not?! If you love to entertain, love food (or really, breakfast), and love a fancy display, then this is absolutely for you. Assembly of a brunch board takes minimal effort, unless you're making all of the food from scratch. Regardless, this is bound to impress anyone sitting at your table.

When would I make this?

You don't necessarily need an occasion for making this board! Some of the ways I recommend creating a board like this include:

• A gathering for friends
• A family event
• A holiday, of course
• Work event
• Small, intimate Sunday morning breakfast with your fam

Truly no reason not to make this just for you and your partner either, it's just a really fun way to enjoy a meal with your loved ones.

Kitchen tools

The only kitchen "tool" you will need is a circular serving platter, such as a marble board, a wooden serving board, or even a plate! You don't need to go out and buy something if you have it already in the house. I say circular because I find that circular boards present well, unless they are very very long like a rectangle board. Regardless, you'll only need this, and maybe a bowl or two!

Ingredients

What I love about making a brunch board is the food options are ENDLESS. I will give some suggestions here, but truly make this your own.

• Mini bagels: you can easily find gluten free if you desire, but I love these from One Mighty Mill
• Eggs: hard-boiled or scrambled
• Tater Tots: Brunch isn't brunch without some good ol' taters.
• Pancakes: I made my own, but feel free to use frozen or pre-made
• Croissants: We bought pre-made for these, as I am not a pastry chef :)
• Fruit: Fruit like orange slices, apples, pears, grapes, or even strawberries work beautifully on a board such as this.
• Condiments: Think cream cheese, ketchup for the tater tots, softened butter, etc.

Directions

Assembly of any board is really about finding your flow with where each item fits on the board. I typically start by placing a larger bowl or piece of food on the board and seeing how, like Tetris, everything else fits together.

1. On a large, circular platter, arrange the ingredients to make a decorate board.
2. First add the condiments, then layer in the bagels, croissants, pancakes, fruit, and eggs.
3. Top with extra fruit as garnish.
4. Serve with champagne, orange juice, or any other drinks and beverages perfect for brunch.
